We want the cost side of your care to be clear before you ever sit down in the room. Below are the plans we work with most often, along with what to expect if you’re paying out of pocket. If you don’t see your plan listed, call us at (847) 265-5600 and we’ll check it for you.

Veterans
We see Veterans. If you are a Veteran, please talk with your VA provider to ask about chiropractic care, since authorization goes through them. Once that’s in place, call us and we’ll get you scheduled.
Paying without insurance
Plenty of our patients are self-pay. A first visit is $160 and follow-up visits are $50. Massage and shockwave therapy are priced separately, and shockwave is sold in packages. There’s no membership and no long contract to sign.
Insurance questions we hear most
Do you take Blue Cross Blue Shield?
Yes. We accept BCBS PPO plans. Coverage varies by plan, so call the office at 847-265-5600 with your card handy and we’ll check your specific benefits before your first visit.
Do you accept UnitedHealthcare or UMR?
Yes, we accept UHC and UMR plans. Bring your insurance card to your first appointment and we’ll verify your chiropractic benefits for you.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes. Medicare covers chiropractic adjustments when they are medically necessary to correct a subluxation. It does not cover exams, X-rays or therapies, so we’ll go over what is and isn’t covered before we begin care.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We see self-pay patients every day. A first visit is $160 and follow-up visits are $50. We also accept CareCredit if you’d rather spread payments out.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we accept CareCredit, which lets you pay for care over time. You can apply through CareCredit directly and use it the same day.
Do you see Veterans?
Yes, we do see Veterans. If you are a Veteran, please talk with your VA provider first to ask about a referral for chiropractic care, since the VA handles authorization on their end.
