About One Goal Wellness

One Goal Wellness is a chiropractic and wellness office on Route 83 in Lake Villa, Illinois. Dr. Tia Torres has been practicing in the northwest suburbs since 2011, and we see patients from Lake Villa, Lindenhurst, Antioch, Grayslake, Fox Lake and Round Lake.

We treat back and neck pain, headaches, sciatica, scoliosis, disc and work injuries, and we care for children and expectant mothers. Alongside chiropractic we offer massage therapy, shockwave therapy, and nutritional counseling.
